We offer 14-day returns from the date of delivery, provided items are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

Custom-made or personalized swords, engraved items, and special orders are non-refundable unless defective.

Refunds

Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility, except in cases of manufacturing defects.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection.
